Your PTC Dollars At Work

Your generosity makes a difference!

In December your PTC Funds were used for the following:

  • $500 – GATE/ECL Field Trip to San Francisco. The money reduced the amount parents had to pay for the trip.
  • $300 – Great American Fundraiser reward to Me-n-eds Coney Island.
  • $30 – Clothing racks for the nurses’ office.

    At the November 2017 PTC Meeting, your PTC funds were approved for the following:

    • $140 – Additional gift cards for Red Bucket Campaign

    At the October 2017 PTC Meeting, your PTC funds were approved for the following:

    • $270 – Moby Max subscription for 2nd grade
    • $120 – Ice Maker for Nurses’ office

    At the September 2017 PTC Meeting, your PTC funds were approved for the following:

    • $1,331 – New high jump pit covers for Athletics
    • $1,000 – Kindergarten’s grade-level allotment for new play doh, winter craft, print shop books, pictures, and Starfall membership
    • $650 – Kinder’s new ladder, paper cutters and dry erase boards

    At the May 2017 PTC Meeting, your PTC funds were approved for the following:

    • $334.50 – 4th grade supplemental curriculum for 2017/2018
    • $362.86 – Additional supplies for 2nd grade
    • $7,000.00 – Campus Monitor Salaries for 2017/2018
    • $500 – 3rd grade literature program and STEM activities

    At the April 2017 meeting, your PTC funds were approved for the following::

    • $40 for Gift cards for a drawing for 6th grade T-Dap vaccine compliance
    • $150 for 4th grade field trip
    • $270 for 6th grade supplies
    • $334 for 5th grade curriculum enrichment
    • $544 for 3rd grade Time for Kids magazine
    • $150 for clean campus signage

    The following items were approved at the March 2017 meeting:

    • $140 for music supplies
    • $650 for 2nd grade Scholastic News and caterpillars for a science project.
    • Up to $900 for granola bars for every student during State Testing and gift
      cards for drawing for perfect attendance during testing.

    The following items were approved at the January 2017 meeting:

    • $250 to pay for new IPad cases and possibly a charging station for one of our
      Special Education classrooms.

    The following items were approved at the November 2016 meeting:

    • $1,000 to Kindergarten for awards, play dough, holiday celebration items and hands-on manipulatives
    • $3,000 for 4th-6th grade for the 2017 subscription to Scholastic News and Social Studies Weekly
    • $7500 for campus trash cans

    • $500 for 12 5-gallon water igloos
    • $25 – Second Grade allowance for close reading website – teacherspayteachers.com
    • $500 – First Grade allowance for a new listening center for technology. 3 CD/Tape players, 18 headsets.
    • $1,295 – Moby Max – Maple creek site license for October 2016 – October 2017
    • $2,705.61 – Band instruments and supplies (Consumable supplies, Music stand storage cart, reeds,
      oil, a Euphonium instrument)
